• Step 1: Log in to the ICEGATE Portal

  First, visit the official ICEGATE website. Log in using your registered ICEGATE ID and password. If you do not have an ID yet, you must register on the portal first using your Class 3 DSC (Digital Signature Certificate).

• Step 2: Navigate to Document Upload (e-Sanchit)

  Next, look for the ‘e-Sanchit’ option on your dashboard. This is the government’s digital locker for customs documents. Click on it to proceed.

• Step 3: Generate the IRN Number

  Now, upload your Bank Authorization Letter and other supporting documents. Once uploaded, the system will generate an Image Reference Number (IRN). Save this IRN carefully because you will need it for the final step.
