At Y.C. Consultation, we strive to provide excellent, hassle-free consultancy and registration services to all our clients. We maintain complete transparency in our pricing and processes. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation of your service application only before the application has been processed or submitted to the respective Government Portals (e.g., DGFT, GST, MCA, ICEGATE, MSME).
- To request a cancellation, you must immediately contact us via email at indiaieccode@gmail.com or call us at +91 98910 65895.
- If the cancellation request is received before any documentation work or government portal submission has begun, we will approve the cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility & Non-Refundable Scenarios
Because our services involve time-sensitive legal work and government fee payments, refunds are strictly governed by the following conditions:
Strictly Non-Refundable:
- Once the application has been submitted to the Government department, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Any Government fees, challans, or taxes paid on your behalf during the registration process are completely non-refundable.
- If an application is rejected by the Government due to incorrect, forged, or incomplete documents provided by the client, no refund will be initiated.
Refundable Scenarios:
- If you cancel the service before our experts start processing your documents. (A nominal processing fee may be deducted for payment gateway charges).
- If Y.C. Consultation is unable to deliver the promised service due to internal technical issues (excluding Government portal server downtimes).
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is approved by our management team, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
